Sunday Dinner: Gorgonzola & Porcini Mushroom Risotto with Seared Sea Scallops
Pam finally tackled her first risotto. As we’ve said before it’s the simplest things that intimidate her. It turned out quite delish but was a touch gummy because we didn’t serve it immediately. Overall, not bad for a first attempt. We paired it with Beckman’s seared sea scallops and a new Australian white from our Wine.com gift; 2008 Yalumba- Chardonnay- Eden Valley. Click thru for recipe
